• Requests and bookings: travel preferences, destinations, traveller count, dates, passport country (for visa).
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, activity logs (for security and reliability).

• To process your requests, arrange bookings, and contact you.
• To keep your account secure and prevent unauthorised access.
• To improve our service and analyse anonymised usage.

4. Sharing with third parties

• Supabase for database and authentication.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Payment processors when added — to take payments.
• Government agencies (embassies, consulates) when you authorise a visa application on your behalf.

5. Retention

Account and booking data is retained for at least 5 years for accounting and legal purposes. Anonymised activity logs are kept for 12 months.
