Viatour provides travel services including tour bookings, trip planning, visa assistance, and related services within the Republic of Armenia and abroad.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• Accounts for users under 18 require parental consent.

3. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed after payment is received. Cancellation terms are available on request — contact us before booking if you need them up front.

4. About pricing

Prices shown on the site are starting-from prices and may change depending on dates, traveller count, services selected, and currency exchange rates. The final price is confirmed at booking.

5. Liability limits

Viatour's liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for the actions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, guides), force majeure events, or losses arising from your own negligence.

6. Intellectual property

All site materials (logo, text, images, design) belong to Viatour and are protected by copyright.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan.

8. Changes

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the site.
